A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
I'm Fatema Ali, you can call me Ema. I am an early-career therapist building support infrastructure for the people doing this work. I trained across India, Germany, and Austria before building my own practice from scratch.
I am not building Unchaos Living from the outside looking in. I am early in this myself, still in supervision, living the problem Unchaos aims to solve.
When I went into practice, the clinical work was the manageable part. The rest caught me off guard. The slow client months. The self-doubt between sessions. The business side nobody trained me for. I had supervision, but it was not enough. What I actually needed was people who understood the whole of it.
So I went looking. I started meeting a few friends from my university days. We talked through tough cases. We shared what was working and what wasn't. Sometimes we just said the hard part out loud and felt less alone for it. That is where the idea came from. Not a business plan. A need I couldn't find anywhere else.
In March 2026 I ran my first peer circle with a global mix of practitioners. The signal was immediate. Everyone in the room was quietly carrying the same things, and looking for the same thing. People who get it.
I have run circles every two weeks ever since. Now I am building something bigger, so more of us can find each other.
That is what Unchaos Living is. A platform built by a practitioner, for practitioners. Peer circles where you bring your hard cases and your honest questions to people who do the same work. Group supervision with accredited supervisors, with your hours logged toward CPD and training. A community that takes this profession as seriously as we take our clients.
We exist to take on two things the field has accepted for too long. Isolation and burnout. You went into this work to support other people. You deserve a place that supports you too.
