FOR PRACTISING THERAPISTS

Private practice is a solo sport. It shouldn't be.

Free peer circles — small, structured rooms of therapists who actually get it. Case discussion. Honest reflection. No hierarchy, no performance. Just a room full of like-minded therapists figuring things out together.

WHAT THEY ARE

Peer circles, plainly.

Small, structured groups of practising therapists who meet twice a month to discuss cases, share what the work actually feels like, and learn from each other's lenses. Confidential, non-hierarchical, consistent.

Structured, not stiff

Every session follows a light protocol: one check-in, two cases, one reflection. Enough form to be useful. Enough space to breathe.

Non-hierarchical

No senior in the corner. Rotating facilitation. No pulling ranks or being performative. You share what you know, you learn what you don't.

Confidential, always

Confidentiality is woven into the fabric of our community. The cases, the personal struggles, the shared frustrations are all contained inside the circle — it's nonnegotiable.

A layer, not a replacement

Peer circles are not formal clinical supervision. They sit alongside it — a sounding board, a community, a breath between sessions.

Worth saying outright: The Circles are not a substitute for formal clinical supervision. They're an additional, support layer — designed to run alongside your existing supervision arrangements.
WHO THEY'RE FOR

Made for therapists who want more than CPD hours.

If any of these land — this is your room.

early career

Newly licensed or graduated, learning in real time, and some weeks wondering if you're making it up as you go. You're not. You just need witnesses.

solo practice

You left the clinic, opened the Zoom room, and realised the silence between sessions gets loud. A circle keeps the silence company.

cross-modality curious

You trained in one lens and suspect your clients deserve two or three more. Circles are where you borrow, test, and steal — ethically.

burnout-adjacent

You're holding a lot. The circle doesn't fix the load, but it makes sure you're not holding it by yourself at 9pm on a random Tuesday.

stuck on a case

You've tried the obvious things. The case isn't moving. You need a room of peers to ask the question you can't quite formulate alone.

quietly ambitious

You want a practice that's sustainable, visible, and paid what it's worth — and a group of peers thinking about the same.

HOW THEY RUN

The format, without mystery.

01

Cadence

75-minute sessions on the first and third week of every month. Weekday circle: Thursdays, 6 pm. Weekend circle: Saturdays, 11 am.

02

Size

6-8 therapists. Small enough for every voice. Big enough for genuinely different lenses.

03

Structured

Check-in · case presentations · reflections · close. Light facilitation rotates so no one carries the room alone.

04

Expert-Circles

Expert-circles run on-demand from the group and cost €14.99 per circle. Each is facilitated by an expert who leads the group and provides valuable expertise and insights.

05

Platform

Circles run on Zoom. Links are shared via email 48 hours before each meeting.

06

Cost

The peer circles are free. Always. Expert-led circles cost €14.99 and are scheduled on-demand.

Built to move you.

Short, focused learning experiences for practitioners ready to do the actual work. Clear start, clear end, defined outcome — and everyone moves through it together.

THE COHORT · DEEP DIVE

Learning that happens with people, not just from content.

Built for practitioners done with generic advice. The learning isn't only from the material — it's from the room. Real experience, real challenges, real wins. That collective intelligence is the curriculum.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

Not just insight. Actual things to try the following week.

Peer learning

Collective insight from practitioners at different stages — what's working, what isn't, and the honest conversations the field rarely has out loud.

Concrete "to try" actions

Every session ends with specific, tangible things to experiment with in your practice. No vague takeaways. No homework you'll never do.

Access to an expert

The final session features a practitioner with 10+ years in private practice for a live, unfiltered Q&A. Real answers to the questions you've been sitting with.

WHO THIS IS FOR

If you're figuring out private practice largely alone — this is for you.

Designed for therapists and counsellors who are building or growing a private practice and want to do it with less guesswork and more community.

Therapists in private practice — early to mid-career

You've started seeing clients independently and are still calibrating fees, hours, and what a sustainable week looks like.

Practitioners preparing to leave employment

You're planning the move from a clinic or organisation into independent practice and want a roadmap, not just encouragement.

Counsellors stuck on growth

You've been in practice a while but the same questions keep returning — pricing, visibility, pace. The cohort is built for exactly that.

Anyone questioning fees, marketing, or pace

If you've wondered whether your fees are right, your marketing is working, or your current rhythm is sustainable — this is the room.

Practitioners who want honest peer conversation

Not another course. Real conversation with people doing the same work, navigating the same questions, willing to be candid.

KIND WORDS

From therapists in the rooms.

"
There are so many intricacies in early practice. Having a safe space to actually voice concerns feels almost liberating. The groups are fun, interactive, and genuinely improve the quality of the work I do with my clients.
— L.D., Peer Circles member
"
My confidence has jumped. I can challenge my own thinking without the fear of sounding stupid. The circles feel like a warm, comforting hug to my practice — and to me.
— M.G., Peer Circles member
"
I had been looking for a space to share the most difficult moments of my week. I found Peer Circles through a forum and it has been very useful to my practice and improved the quality of work I do with my clients.
— L.O., Practice Circle member
"
I expected good conversation. I left with frameworks I used with clients the following week. A circle that actually shifts how you work is rare.
— T.N., Cohort alumna
FAQ

What people ask before joining.

Is this free?

Yes. The peer circles are free. The expert circles are run on-demand and are an investment of €14.99 per circle. The paid offering is the intensive cohort, which is run monthly. Tickets sell out fast so book yours early.

Is this clinical supervision?

No. The Circles are peer support — reflection, case discussion, community. They sit alongside your formal clinical supervision, not in place of it.

Who can join?

Practising therapists, counsellors, and psychologists engaged in active clinical work. The circles are also open to fresh graduates and trainees. We vet lightly — enough to keep the rooms coherent.

How do I join a circle?

Fill the form below and join our WhatsApp community. The circles run regularly every alternate Thursday and Saturday. To join a circle, simply respond to the polls on the WhatsApp Community. You will receive a link to join the circle 48 hours prior in your email. The link will also be shared on the WhatsApp group 30 minutes before starting.

What's the time commitment?

75 minutes bi-weekly. We run circles every alternate Thursdays and Saturdays to ensure it fits the schedules for our community members. You can opt for either of the circles depending on your schedule.

How does the cohort differ from the free circles?

The cohort is a 3-week, paid intensive session focused on pricing, visibility, and sustainability. It includes structured content and a live Q&A with an expert in the final session.
The free peer circles run regularly and stay focused on case discussion and peer support. They are ongoing groups designed for continued support whereas the cohorts are specialised intensive sessions designed around specific topics related to private practice.

What exactly is a cohort?

A cohort is a small, capped group of therapists who work through the same focused programme together over a fixed window — for the June round, three consecutive weeks. You move through the material at the same pace as everyone else in your group, which is what makes the discussions specific and the accountability real. Think of it less like a course you watch alone and more like a working group with a clear finish line.

How do I register for the June cohort?

Fill out the registration form above. Once your spot is confirmed, you'll receive a welcome email with the schedule, Zoom links, the pre-work, and the WhatsApp group invite for cohort members. Spots are limited and allocated in the order forms come in.

How much does the cohort cost and what's included?

Pricing and full inclusions are shared on the registration form. Your seat covers all live sessions, the practitioner Q&A, the workbook, and access to the cohort-only WhatsApp group during and after the programme. No upsells, no surprise add-ons.

What if I miss a session?

Live sessions are recorded and shared with cohort members within 48 hours, so you can catch up on your own time. We strongly recommend attending live where you can — the discussions and feedback are where most of the value lives — but life happens, and the recording is there as a backup.

Who is the cohort for — and who is it not for?

It's designed for practising therapists, counsellors, and psychologists who are running (or are about to run) a private practice and want to get serious about pricing, visibility, and sustainability. It's not a substitute for clinical supervision, and it's not aimed at people who want a passive course to listen to in the background.

Can I join the peer circles even if I don't sign up for the cohort?

Yes — the peer circles are completely free and independent of the cohort. You can join the circles, the cohort, both, or just one. Use whichever fits where you are right now.

What about refunds or rescheduling?

If something comes up before the cohort begins, email Unchaosliving@gmail.com and we'll either move you to a future cohort or refund you, depending on timing. Once the cohort has started, refunds aren't possible — but your seat in a future round is.
